Spicy Carrot and Cilantro Slaw
If you enjoy a slaw with a bit of a kick, this recipe using Kricklewood Farm Roasted Chili Oil is definitely for you!  Choose carrots of different colours to make it your own style.
  • 4 cups peeled and julienned carrots of assorted colours
  • 2 tablespoons Kricklewood Farm Roasted Chili Sunflower Oil
  • 1 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt plus more for seasoning
  • 1/2 cup (loosely packed) fresh cilantro leaves
  • Freshly ground black pepper
    1. Toss carrots, Kricklewood Farm Roasted Chili Sunflower Oil , lime juice, sugar and salt in a large bowl.
    2. Let marinate for 15 minutes, tossing occasionally.
    3. Add cilantro and toss to evenly incorporate.
    4. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
