Our Refund Policy
We guarantee satisfaction with Kricklewood Farm products and will gladly refund the entire cost of your order in the event of damage or if you are not completely satisfied.
Time Frame: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to advise us of any damage or issues with your order. We cannot consider requests beyond this time frame.
How to Request: Email us at email@example.com with your order number and the reason for requesting a refund. In the event of damage in shipping please include photos so we may followup with the shipper.
Amount of Refund: We will refund the total cost of your order including any applicable taxes and shipping paid.
Method of Refund: We will refund back to the original method of payment used.
Time Frame for Refund: We will initiate the refund as soon as it is requested. The timing for when you receive the refund will depend on the processing time of the original method of payment.
Product Condition for Refund: There are no product conditions to request a refund but it must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returns: We will not request a return of any product so there is no charge for return shipping or restocking.
