Now with the new flavour infused sunflower oils it takes your everyday dish to the next level. We simply lightly sauté our veg mix in the natural sunflower oil. Then in the same pan cook our chicken or shrimp. When everything is cooked we just toss it with hot whole wheat pasta, at that point you add a table spoon of your favorite infused sunflower oil and mix. With four flavours to choose from you can change up the same old dish and make it something special. My favorite is the roasted chili oil, and my partner usually heads for the basil.
