Roasted Chili Cheese Bread

This is not so much as a recipe but a tip for a quick and delicious appetizer or to serve with pasta. Garlic Cheese Bread is always a hit using Kricklewood Farm Garlic Sunflower Oil.  Now we have another option: Roasted Chili Cheese Bread using Kricklewood Farm Roasted Chili Sunflower Oil!

Kricklewood Farm Roasted Chili Cheese Bread

Ingredients
  • 1 TBSP Kricklewood Farm Roasted Chili Sunflower Oil
  • 1 Fresh Baguette
  • ½ c Grated Mozarella Cheese
Instructions
  1. Cut baguette length wise so you end up with a top and bottom
  2. Cut each into shorter pieces, 3 or 4 for a regular sized baguette
  3. Place onto baking pan
  4. Drizzle with Kricklewood Farm Roasted Chili Sunflower Oil
  5. Grate Mozarella Cheese and spread over top of baguette
  6. Optional: add a bit more Kricklewood Farm Roasted Chili Sunflower Oil on top of the cheese
  7. Broil at 400 to heat bread and melt cheese to brown
